[Bug 5020] New: __OE_MSGID_2 and __OUTLOOK_DOLLARS_MSGID are very similar

http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=5020

Summary: __OE_MSGID_2 and __OUTLOOK_DOLLARS_MSGID are very
                    similar
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.1.4
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: felicity@apache.org

I was doing some rule development and noticed that these two subrules are
essentially the same (specifically, OE_MSGID_2 is a superset of
OUTLOOK_DOLLARS_MSGID):

 23.062 27.2829 3.1491 0.897 0.58 1.00 __OE_MSGID_2
 22.818 26.9867 3.1491 0.896 0.58 1.00 __OUTLOOK_DOLLARS_MSGID

header __OE_MSGID_2 MESSAGEID =~
/^<(?:[0-9a-f]{8}|[0-9a-f]{12})\$[0-9a-f]{8}\$[0-9a-f]{8}\@\S+>$/m
header __OUTLOOK_DOLLARS_MSGID MESSAGEID =~
/^<[0-9a-f]{12}\$[0-9a-f]{8}\$[0-9a-f]{8}\@\S+>$/m

I suggest we get rid of the current OUTLOOK_DOLLARS_MSGID rule and swap all
references to it with OE_MSGID_2.

it occurred to me that if it's already in the updates, then it doesn't really
matter if it's in the normal rules dir as well, so I committed the patch:

Sending rules/20_head_tests.cf
Sending rules/20_ratware.cf

Committed revision 431117.
