### What happened

Enter the workflow page, select a job that has downstream jobs, run the job, and turn on the dry run switch before running, which will cause the downstream jobs to run dry at the same time.

### What you expected to happen

Dry run only the specified job without downstream jobs.

### How to reproduce

1. Prepare two jobs in one workflow, configure job dependencies.
2. Run the upstream job, turn on the dry run switch before running.
3. After the run is complete, you can see that the downstream jobs are running dry at the same time.
