Make sure these boxes are checked before submitting your issue - thank you!

   - [x] I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included it here as text if any
   - [x] I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset
   - [x] I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't found one similar

   ### Superset version
   0.24.0

   ### Question
I would like to ask you if there is any documentation (since I could not find it) concerning the parameters that can be entered in the URL.
   The question is this:
having to customize my dashboard for two columns (group_id and campaign_id), for a given start and end date and in order to eliminate the "Dashboard" bar, insert the following string in the url:

   **?preselect_filters={"49":{"__from":"2018-02-01T00:00:00","__to":"2018-05-03T00:00:00","group_id":["50946"],"campaign_id":["107"]}}&standalone=true**

In this way everything is working but if for example change the preselect_filters from 49 to 50 the url only takes the filters for campaign_id and group_id but not for the date.
Does anyone know the reason? And above all, is there any way to remove the 49 and pass exclusively the key value dictionary?
