[bug] Restore lombok-maven-plugin delombok execution for javadoc generation (#853)
#728 accidentally removed the lombok-maven-plugin/delombok build execution.
The maven-javadoc-plugin (release profile) sources from ${delombok.output.dir},
so without delombok that dir is empty and no -javadoc.jar is produced — a
regression from 0.3.0. Restore the plugin (as in 0.3.0) so release builds
generate javadoc jars again.
