Marcel Reutegger resolved JCR-709.
----------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
Resolving won't fix because as of 2.0.0 jcr:deref() is supported in a predicate.
Please re-open and submit a patch if you like to see this fixed in a pre-2.0.0 release.
