unsuccessful installation of open office version 4.1.10

Problem was encountered when I downloaded  version 4.1.10 from your website in order to update version 4.1.6 on my computer using window 10 recently.   The download was smooth at first but suddenly stop in installation of the wizard.  Please kindly advise at your earliest convenience how can I complete the process.  Thank you!
