Ping - any other views on this?
Perhaps stick them in trunks-proper alonside KEYS, or create a
"doap_files" SVN directory for them?

Does only proper components need a doapfile?
If yes, then proper-trunk, except if a proper component can go dormant.
Then doap_files in SVN.
