[I] When creating Grails module IDEA does not propose to run create-app. Works when creating a project [grails-intellij-plugin]

jdaugherty opened a new issue, #206:

   After creating a Grails module through file-&gt;new-&gt;module the dialog "Create Grails application" does not show (see attachment).
   This means that an empty module is created and Grails menus/actions isn't associated with it.
   
   Works fine in Intellij v.14.0.4
   
   Nothing to see in logs.
