It should be fixed now.
Michael, although I did not reproduce it, this should be the bug you
encountered with precept.

Thanks for providing this.
I tested the tutorial again using the latest code.
Now the validation works, but the following database action like <map:act type="dbAdd"/>
as defined in the actionset does *not* get called.
