Exception at Subversion

Hello,

 

I was trying to commit some changes today and got this message.

Now everything i try to do the exception appears.

Could you please help me out?

Lastly, TSVN has a feature that it reminds you of pending upgrades. Turn 
this feature on and upgrade.

You will probably have to throw away your current working copy and check 
out a new one to get around the symptoms.
