UI issue, browser-independent (all i18n language settings are affected except the Chinese default).
**Connected RocketMQ Cluster**
Not cluster-specific: the defect is in the certificate management page's front-end text.
**Describe the Bug**
The K8s certificate configuration page (`web/src/pages/cluster/certs.tsx`) renders all of its visible text in hard-coded Chinese — page title, table column headers (K8s 集群名称 / 到期时间 / 剩余天数 / 状态 …), search placeholder, filter option, modal form labels and placeholders, confirm dialog and toast messages. When the UI language is set to English, the rest of the application is translated but this page stays entirely Chinese.
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Start Studio and switch the UI language to English.
2. Open the cluster page group and enter the K8s certificate configuration page.
3. Observe that every label, placeholder, button and message on the page is in Chinese while the surrounding UI is in English.
**What Did You Expect to See?**
All page text follows the selected UI language, with both Chinese and English entries under `web/src/i18n/`.
**What Did You See Instead?**
The whole page is hard-coded Chinese regardless of the language setting.
**Additional Context**
A fix is proposed in #4619: route the page through i18n, reusing the previously orphaned `cert.*` keys (aligned with the live text) and adding the missing ones. The Chinese strings stay byte-identical to the current hard-coded text, so the behavior for Chinese-UI users is unchanged; an English-localization test was added.

The reported issue has been verified against the current codebase.
**Root Cause:** `web/src/pages/cluster/certs.tsx` contains 37 lines with hardcoded Chinese strings — column titles (K8s 集群名称, 类型, 签发者, 到期时间, 剩余天数), action labels, success/error messages, modal form labels, and confirmation prompts are all raw Chinese literals.
**Impact:** The K8s Certificate management page displays Chinese text regardless of the selected UI language.
**Severity:** medium — same i18n completeness gap as other Studio pages.
A fix has been proposed in #4619.
