   Btw, I also added a CMSIS 5 PR here: https://github.com/apache/mynewt-core/pull/1100
   
   I don't see how or that you solved the issue building on any Cortex-M0 MCUs in your PR. I am not sure what is the best way to do it but I solved it adding a customized `hw/cmsis-core/src/ext/mynewt_cm0_vectab.h` and adding flags to `compiler/arm-none-eabi-m0/compiler.yml`. Leaving as suggestions!
