[PR] Drop Hamcrest from tests [maven-indexer]

   Hamcrest matchers are replaced with the equivalent org.junit.jupiter.api.Assertions calls (assertEquals, assertNull, assertNotNull, assertTrue, assertArrayEquals), and the hamcrest test dependency is removed from every module's POM and the root dependencyManagement. The hamcrest-core/hamcrest-library exclusions on junit and jmock are left in place.
   
   Verified: mvn verify -DskipITs → BUILD SUCCESS, 299 tests (225 indexer-core, 7 indexer-cli, 16 indexer-reader, 7 search-backend-indexer, 14 search-backend-smo, 30 search-backend-remoterepository), same totals as baseline.
