This seems to be how the content generation tool handles more than two authors. You can also see it here: [https://beam.apache.org/blog/beam-summit-digital-2020/]

Because very few blog posts have more than two authors, and because this blog post is pretty old at this point, and because this is cosmetic, I'm going to close this issue.
