plexus artifact container

John,

Are we good to boost the plexus dep to 0.17-SNAPSHOT and use the plexus
artifact container now?

I fixed a problem with the discovery of components within another
components dependency list and I did it in the separate plexus artifact
container so I wanted to check before I started using 0.17-SNAPSHOT in
addition to the artifact container where I have made my changes.

The fix makes things like the doxia and modello plugins work as doxia
and modello are just a set of plexus components themselves (so the
components within the dependent JARs must be discovered or things don't
work).
