Review of PR for FELIX-6565

Hi Felix Committers,

It would be really helpful if anyone of you kindly have a look into the PR<https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/pull/192> associated with FELIX-6565<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-6565>. It is regarding healthcheck where the servlet package is optionally imported but the OSGi HTTP package has been imported mandatorily. I have fixed it in the specified PR.
