[HELP WANTED] volunteers for testing our instructions to retire a project

Hi,

In the last month, we simplified a lot our retirement process: it is now 
streamlined, and even simplified by a few scripts:

After the board meeting from yesterday, we have 2 projects to retire: it would 
be nice to have volunteers to test the process as it is written, to check if 
something is missing.

Any volunteer fore retiring 1 project?
