[GitHub] [trafficcontrol] rob05c opened a new pull request #6619: Fix t3c case in issue templates

rob05c opened a new pull request #6619:
URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/pull/6619

Fixes the capitalization of `t3c` in issue templates. The application is `t3c`, not "T3C," and technical writing should always use the correct case for technical terms to avoid confusion, irrespective of language or sentence capitalization rules.
