Tomcat not started automatically with Apache?
Shouldn't Tomcat automatically start with Apache? I seem to recall that
it did in my 3.1M1 installation. Now that I've upgraded to 3.1 proper,
it seems like I have to startup Tomcat separately.

I see this question often...
My solution is to put in the apachectl a line which starts tomcat,
before apache is started.
