schecoon CVS does not run as README says

FWIW: 
I just tried to run schecoon (built from current CVS) as explained in 
src/scratchpad/schecoon/README, and to get it to work on a fresh tomcat 
4.0.1 install I had to

1) create empty file webapps/schecoon/WEB-INF/db/cocoondb.properties

2) use http://localhost:8080/schecoon/index.html for access instead of 
http://localhost:8080/schecoon/ as mentioned in README
