This was an semi-oversight on our part that was fixed a couple weeks ago.   The reason it was commented out was enabling it caused a couple of tests we had to fail and we didn't have time to dig in to figure out why at the time and it was kind of forgotten about.   A couple weeks ago, I came across this and uncommented it and then we spent several days trying to figure out what the test problems were.  (turned out to be a timing issue with ActiveMQ)
