RevalidatingDOMParser missing in 1.1.3

Hi,

The org.apache.xerces.parsers.RevalidatingDOMParser class listed in the API
doesn't appear in the 1.1.3 binary distribution and the version included in the
source distribution(for 1.1.3, 1.1.2, and 1.1.1) won't compile under Sun's 1.3
Win32 JDK.

I took a crack at getting it working, but it looks like it uses some of the old
IBM XML4J internals(which i'm somewhat familiar with) that need to be converted
to the new Xerces internals(which i'm not familiar with at all). 

Is there work being done to bring the RevalidatingDOMParser into runnable form?
If not, does anyone have an example handy on how to revalidate a DOM document
under Xerces?

My apologies if this topic has already been discussed -- i'd wanted to search
the list archives before posting, but they've been down for a while now.
