[Axis 2] InvocationTargetException when generating JiBX client

I am trying to generate the JiBX client code using Axis2 CodeGen Wizard. I am getting "Error Occured When Completing the Process java.lang.InvocationTargetException" Any idea why. I am using the latest 1.3 version of Axis2. Please help.
