[I] Small CSS parsing bug [netbeans]

### What happened
Small CSS parsing bug, it doesn't like any of the below CSS, thinking the last "}" on each line is an "Unexpected token RBRACE found"
```
@-moz-keyframes loading_spin { 100% { -moz-transform: rotate(360deg); } }
@-webkit-keyframes loading_spin { 100% { -webkit-transform: rotate(360deg); } }
@keyframes loading_spin { 100% { -webkit-transform: rotate(360deg); transform:rotate(360deg); } }
```

### How to reproduce
Just include any of the following CSS lines in a CSS file:
```

@keyframes loading_spin { 100% { -webkit-transform: rotate(360deg); transform:rotate(360deg); } }
