Cluster with 3 nodes.

Upgrade the node with 2.1.1 (change cassandra.yaml to have hsha)
Start Cassandra (it gives OOM ) ERROR java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Requested array size exceeds VM limit
Cassandra does not start. If I change configuration back to sync in cassandra.yaml, it works
