[PR] MINOR: Trying to set rocksdb iterator lower_bound if possible [kvrocks]

   Doc for rocksdb ( https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/wiki/Iterator#resource-pinned-by-iterators-and-iterator-refreshing ) says:
   
   >  In some cases, some I/Os or computation can be avoided. In some specific workloads, the improvement can be significant.
   
   This patch also does some other minor optimizations
