But it is only listed as a requirement in [requirements-dev](https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/blob/master/requirements-dev.txt) not [requirements.txt](https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/blob/master/requirements.txt)
`flask fab create-permissions` fails with `NameError: name 'Postaggregator' is not defined` if you simply do `pip install apache-superset`.
