[PR] Migrate NoSQL serialization to Jackson 3 [polaris]

Move NoSQL persistence, authz, realm, node, async, ID generation, and metastore serialization code to Jackson 3 APIs.
The commit updates Jackson service-loader entries and custom serializers/deserializers while preserving existing storage and wire representations.
