Hey,
I have the same need. Did you find a way to specify plugin goals into the archetype?

> Now archetype writes in log "No post-archetype-generation goals to invoke."
> I guess there is a way to configure post-archetype-generation goals but I cannt find it.
> So, my issue is to invoke java classes to modify newly created project after archetype generation is finished. Can I do this using post-archetype-generation goals?
