[PR] Support pyexasol 2.x in the Exasol provider [airflow]

dheerenmohta opened a new pull request, #71877:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/71877

pyexasol 2.x ships stricter type stubs for execute() and export_to_pandas(), which broke mypy under this provider's existing signatures. Rather than fix the typing, the provider capped pyexasol to <2, leaving users unable to pick up pyexasol 2.x fixes and features.

Narrow the parameter types at each pyexasol call site with cast() so the hook's own public method signatures (intentionally broader, e.g. Iterable | Mapping[str, Any] | None) are unaffected, and rename the connection variable in get_conn() so the Airflow Connection and the returned pyexasol.ExaConnection are no longer both called conn.

Closing this in favor of #72119, which merged a couple of days ago and already migrates the Exasol provider to pyexasol 2.x (dropping the `<2` cap), with more complete handling of the stricter runtime types than what I had here. Thanks for landing that fix, @joseph-bergin!
