Summary: NullPointerException when passing null; not
                    IllegalArgumentException
           Product: Commons
           Version: 2.1 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Lang
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: elharo@metalab.unc.edu

According to the JavaDoc the various methods in the Fraction class such as add()
throw an IllegalArgumentException when null is passed to them. This is very
unusual. They should throw a NullPointerException instead.
