Fulcrum Localization 1.0.6 released

The Fulcrum Localization team is pleased to announce the
fulcrum-localization-1.0.6 release!

Fulcrum Localization is a component to support the localization
of applications, both web-based and non web-based.
See http://turbine.apache.org/fulcrum/fulcrum-localization/ for more
information.

Fulcrum Localization will be available from the above mentioned web
site or from the Apache Maven-2 repository (group-id:
org.apache.fulcrum) as soon as all mirror operations have been completed.

Changes in this version include:

New features:
o Added a Maven-2 build.
o Split the service into a simple one that does not depend on
  servlet-api and an extended one that does. This allows to use the
  service in non-web environments without hassles.

Changes:
o Fix unit tests to run properly in non US english environments. Thanks
  to Kostyantyn Shchekotykhin.
