Let's define exactly and precisely what we want presentation mode to consist of before we work on implementing it.
I think presentation mode consists of:
1. Larger text size (how large, exactly, what font, exactly?).
2. Editor pane only or maximized IDE?
3. Keyboard shortcuts visualized in the bottom right of the editor?
4. Anything else?
