When will 1.4 be available via the download page?

How long does it take for the Velocity 1.4 release to show up on the
download page?
Is this lag why there hasn't been a general announcement for 1.4 on the

Tomorrow will be announcement, and then we make a 1.5-rc1 to uncork the
logjam of stuff to argue about...

Yes, that works for me too, but the Velocity download link goes to
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/binindex.cgi, which only contains links to
1.3.1:
