[FYI] breaking change in store type

Hi folks,

In master branch, store type TEXTFILE is changed to TEXT. In order to
know more detailed information, please refer to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAJO-1247.

TEXTFILE was also added recently and there has been no release
including this feature. So, I think that it will not lead to user
application breaks.
