Create a Indexer useable for any DataSets available as RDF dump based on the specific Indexer for dbPedia and dblp.

Currently there are two separate Indexers for dbPedia and dblp that differ mainly by the defaults.
The Idea is to use the already existing "enhancer/indexing/genericRdf" module to implement an indexer that can be used to index any DataSet that is available as RDF dump.
The dbPedia and dblp indexer should than be refactored as "configurations" for this new component.

Implemented by the Entityhub indexing Utilities:

All the /entityhub/indexing/dbpedia, /entityhub/indexing/dblp as well as /entityhub/indexing/genericrdf are build on top of a common indexing infrastructure now.
