I hope signing events will be available soon, and I can release 3.1.2 with signed screen sharing application :)

> Java JRE 8 is (again?) blocking screen sharing/recording by default due to "Security Level High not reached - self signed certificate detected". Tested in my own OM installation and reproducible inside this public demo instance http://openmeetings.apache.org/demo.html > https://om.alteametasoft.com/openmeetings
> It seems exactly this bug is (again?) happening: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS-1151
> Without admin-access on the business-computer i cannot change the security level of my local JRE Java, so screen sharing is impossible.
