   This is really cool. @dameikle @THausherr and other fellow devs, should we just switch the base image for the basic (not "*-full") image to alpine and skip alpine as a third option?
   
   I'm trying to think of risks I've seen with different operating systems and Tika (standard, not full).  Does PDFBox get the same/enough system fonts on alpine as it did on Ubuntu?
   
   Are there other parsers that use OS-based resources that could lead to surprises?
   
   Presumably with enough toe-stubbing we could move *-full to alpine on a follow up ticket/PR?
