Adjacent DOM Text Nodes Bug -- FIXED!

Remember the bug that affected the deferred DOM implementation
and caused adjacent text nodes to NOT be concatenated into a
single text node? Well, it's now fixed! The change is in CVS
and will be in the next build.

This bug only affected the deferred DOM implementation. Turning
off the deferred DOM also fixed the problem.
