On UI addUCS wizard has a text box for URL,

However if UCS is added with http:// or https:// then it would result into cannot get the cookie error.

I suggest we change the textbox name to IP from URL.

Also if User is adding http:// or https:// then then should be striped before firing API. Or generate appropriate error message.
