    [DOCS] Stop the dependentBot check the maven repo to reduce spam to the dev folder
    
    1. Do not check maven folder as we don't want to simply upgrade maven dependencies using a bot
    2. Change the interval of checking update to Monthly so the dev mailing list will receive less emails
