[Bug 104973] Cmd + Ctrl + Maj + 4 THEN Ctrl + V is not operationnel

I am using version 4.0.0 with AOO400m3 (Build:9702). I manage to replicate this
bug with Mac OSx Version 10.8.5.

I have followed the same steps as the original report.

1) Took multiple screenshots with the program running on the background, while
the program is running and also while the program was running on a secondary
screen. I used the keyboard shortcut "Command + Shift + 4".
2) When pressed the shortcut chain the regular screenshot cursor appeared and I
managed to get a screenshot in all cases.
3) I created a new text file in Writer and tried to paste the screenshot
4) I used all three options to paste; the keyboard shortcut ("Command + V"),
Right Click + Paste, and the Past icon on the toolbar. However, the whatever
text was copied in the system (e.g some random website link in my case) was
printed instead of the screenshot.

***This bug seems to appear in IMPRESS also.***
