MISSING_SUBJECT false positive

I hope this one is really false positive for MISSING_SUBJECT

The subject header is present but empty, when not counting one space after
header's name.

SA-3.1.8 on FreeBSD, SA-3.2.1 on FreeBSD and Gentoo linux.
