IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime
axis-admin failed with {http://xml.apache.org/axis/}HTTP (404)Not Found

The attached flash movie shows how to exactly reproduce the issue. You have to use Seven Zip (http://sourceforge.net/projects/sevenzip/) to extract the movie files.
