Recent changes to the ant scripts under revision r896736 mean that the logic to handle the "package-path" refid in antdefs.xml is no longer being used. This logic should be removed unless there is some reason to retain it.

Resolution: Fixed
The package-path setting has been reinstated in antdefs.xml under r944931 and is now being used in a number of launcher build.xml files as a result of the changes under r944932.

The package-path setting is needed to enable the ant build to create jars in the binaries/target directory with the required dependencies, as the maven build already does. This setting was restored in antdefs.xml under r944931.
