binary snapshot includes Jetty (only UNIX ;-)

The binary snapshot (ant snapshot-bin) now includes Jetty, whereas I 
have modified lenya.sh such that it unpacks automatically lenya.war.

Which means one can download the binary snapshot and type

sh lenya.sh servlet

and Lenya is up and running at

http://127.0.0.1:8888

:-)

I haven't modified lenya.bat yet ;-)
