[PR] Create VAST views for scratch and project folders [airavata-custos]
lahirujayathilake opened a new pull request, #632:

Create views for `/scratch/<>` and `/project/<>' folders using nested views. '/home/<username>' stays as a folder.
The view policy and protocols are extracted from env vars. If the connector is enabled and the policy is missing, Custos does not start.
