More client datasource stuff

Summary of a quick chat Kathey and I had on IRC

Regarding the format of the Reference returned from Referencable, talked
about switching from the one-RefAddr-per-DS-property model to one with
all of the properties encoded into one RefAddr so that multiple
locations could be supported. Considered this transparent to users.

Discussed why multiple addresses would be useful: to allow switching
between servers on multiple machines (simple failover) or multiple
protocols (e.g. local and remote)

Talked about datasource unification and moving ClientBaseDataSource into
the jdbc package so that it would be JavaDoc'ed.
