Change main branch version label

Hola a todos:

This message is mainly to Sam, that is the release manager for 3.2 Beta,
I'm not a cvs expert ( i'm not an expert in anything :-) ) but ....

Why the main branch is named "3.2 Beta1" ??

It's very confusing to have the same main page and not be able to see
easily what are actually running, we can advance the main branch to "3.3
Dev" and maintain this name only for "tomcat_32" branch ( why lowercase
? it's made me fool :-) ) 

If i'm not saying any silly thing, i'll do that ASAP.
