**Describe the problem you faced**
Not able to read the column_stats index table for some of the HUDI tables from spark
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enabled the metadata indexing using these flags:
```
{
'hoodie.metadata.index.column.stats.enable': 'true',
'hoodie.metadata.index.bloom.filter.enable' : 'true',
'hoodie.metadata.index.column.stats.column.list' : column_stats_list
}
```
**Expected behavior**
Should return back the column_stats metadata index records of the HUDI table
**Environment Description**
* Hudi version : 0.13
* Spark version : 3.1
* Storage (HDFS/S3/GCS..) : S3
* Running on Docker? (yes/no) : no
**Additional context**
glue interactive session script used to validate the same (works for some of the datasets! - does it mean metadata is corrupted?)

```
**Stacktrace**
```Py4JJavaError: An error occurred while calling o164.collectToPython.
: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.apache.spark.sql.execution.datasources.PartitionedFile.<init>(Lorg/apache/spark/sql/catalyst/InternalRow;Ljava/lang/String;JJ[Ljava/lang/String;)V```
